<h1>Code on Social Security transitional continuation of existing boards and corporations until new bodies are constituted or prior terms expire.</h1> Section 153 provides transitional continuity for specified organisations constituted under repealed enactments to continue exercising corresponding powers and discharging functions under the Code on Social Security until successor bodies are constituted under the Code or until the original statutory tenure expires, whichever is earlier. It lists continuity for boards and committees related to provident fund, employees state insurance, medical benefits, standing committee and building workers welfare, treating them as if constituted under the Code for the interim period, thereby preserving administrative and statutory functions without interruption.
