Social Security Fund created for unorganised, gig and platform workers with specified funding sources and separate accounts. Central Government shall establish a Social Security Fund for unorganised, gig and platform workers funded by subsection (3) amounts of sections 109 and 114, composition of offences relating to the Central Government, and other central labour-law funds; separate accounts must be maintained for each source, expenditures confined to each account's purposes, and establishment and administration prescribed by the Central Government.
