Building workers must register as beneficiaries if aged 18-59 with at least 90 days of construction work. Every building worker aged eighteen but under sixty who has been engaged in any building or other construction work for not less than ninety days during the preceding twelve months must be registered as a beneficiary by an officer authorised by the Building Workers Welfare Board in the manner prescribed by the Central Government.
