Reporting of vacancies to career centres required before filling positions; prescribed forms and executive access to employer records. Employers in notified establishments must report vacancies to designated career centres before filling posts; the Government may prescribe the manner and form of electronic or other reporting and the form and procedure for employer returns. Reporting does not obligate employers to hire through the career centre. An executive officer may access, inspect, and copy employer records and enter premises at reasonable times to obtain information required for the Chapter.
