Employees State Insurance Corporation administrative expenses limited to a Central Government prescribed percentage of income. Section 30 requires the Central Government to prescribe which expenditures constitute administrative expenses and the maximum percentage of the Corporation's income that may be spent on them; the Corporation must keep its administrative expenses within that prescribed limit.
