          <h1>Employers: appeal Chapter IV orders by depositing 25% and filing within 60 days; refund with interest if successful.</h1> An employer may appeal an Authorised Officer's Chapter IV order to an appellate authority not below Joint Director by depositing twenty-five per cent. of the contribution ordered or the employer's calculation, whichever is higher, within sixty days; the appellate authority must decide within six months, and if the employer succeeds the Corporation shall refund the deposit with interest as prescribed.
