          <h1>Employees Provident Fund Board constituted by central government with specified composition and delegation powers for administration.</h1> Central Government may constitute the Central Board of Trustees of the Employees Provident Fund as a corporate body to administer vested funds; membership includes Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, central officials, state representatives, employer and employee representatives and the Provident Fund Commissioner ex officio. The Central Government may form an Executive Committee; the Central Board and State Boards may constitute committees and delegate powers and functions to Chairpersons, Executive Committees or officers under prescribed conditions. Terms of office are prescribed and members continue until successors are appointed.
