Maternity benefit continues despite Chapter IV application, until the woman qualifies under section 32. Maternity benefit entitlement continues for a woman employed in a factory or other establishment notwithstanding the application of Chapter IV to that establishment, and persists until she becomes qualified to claim maternity benefit under section 32.
