Section 11 - Supersession of Corporation, Central Board, National Social Security Board or State Unorganised Workers Board or the Building Workers Welfare Board

Supersession of social security boards for inability, delay or abuse of power with show cause, interim arrangements and legislative reporting.

Enables government supersession of a social security Corporation, Board or Committee for inability to perform, persistent delay, or abuse/excess of power, subject to a mandatory show cause opportunity; requires prescribed alternate administrative arrangements until reconstitution and a legislative report on the action and circumstances within three months of the supersession notification.
