Employee's compensation claims may be filed electronically and governed by prescribed time-limits, fees and costs. Section 93 allows a claim for compensation before the competent authority after an accident; except for dependant applications, no settlement application may be made until a dispute arises between parties. Applications may be made electronically or otherwise in prescribed form and accompanied by any prescribed fee. The State Government shall prescribe the time-limit for disposal and the costs incidental to proceedings.
