Central Government may direct State Governments and Social Security Organisations on executing and implementing Code provisions. The Central Government may give directions to any State Government or a State Board constituted under section 12 to execute, in that State, any of the provisions of this Code, and to any Social Security Organisations in respect of matters relating to the implementation of the provisions of this Code.
