Notice and money transmission rules govern compensation claims and inter-authority transfers under employee compensation procedure. Rule 58 prescribes the procedure for notice in matters under section 92 and the modes for transmitting money between competent authorities. An application under section 92(1) is not to be processed by a competent authority lacking territorial jurisdiction unless notice in Form-XXIX is given electronically or otherwise to the competent authority having jurisdiction over the place where the accident occurred and to the State Government concerned. Money transmitted under section 92(3) may be sent by remittance receipt, e-transfer, net banking, or demand draft, according to the direction of the transmitting competent authority.
