These changes include additional benefits for AEO-certified entities and updates to CBEC's Circular No. 33/2016-Cus. dated 22.07.2016. To enhance the programme's reach and facilitate trade, the processing of AEO applications has been decentralized, aligning with the objectives of trade facilitation and ease of doing business, as per Circular No. 3/2018-Customs dated 17.01.2018.
