of <h1>SEZ Units Allowed to Export Goods and Services Per Rule 45, Including By-Products and Waste Scrap Exclusions Apply.</h1> A unit in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is permitted to export goods or services according to the terms outlined in its Letter of Approval, in compliance with Rule 45 of the SEZ Rules. This includes agro-products, partly processed goods, subassemblies, and components, excluding items prohibited under the Import Trade Control Classification. Additionally, the unit may export by-products, rejects, and waste scrap resulting from the manufacturing process.
