of <h1>AEO Programme: Applications Must Be Complete and Meet Criteria; One-Year Wait After Revocation Before Reapplying.</h1> Each application for the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Programme will be acknowledged and recorded in a database. If an application is incomplete or deficient, the applicant will be notified within 30 days. The AEO Programme Manager will not process applications that are incomplete, not submitted by a legal person, lack a nominated responsible person, are from applicants undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, or have a revoked AEO status. Applications can be resubmitted once deficiencies are rectified, except for revoked AEO status, which requires a one-year waiting period before reapplication.
