Permits designated repair entities to import defective or damaged electronics for repair and subsequent re export under a regulatory framework combining a General Authorization for Export after Repairs, environmental disposal relaxations for irreparable items, and customs pilot procedures that set out streamlined import and re export clearance, participant eligibility, documentation and operational requirements.
