of <h1>Postal Exports Require Declarations Under 2018 & 2022 Regulations; Exemptions Need RBI Certificate; Customs Inspections Enforced.</h1> All postal exports must be accompanied by declarations as per the Exports by Post Regulation, 2018, amended in 2022, and the Postal Export (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulation 2022. Exports claiming benefits under the Foreign Trade Policy require specific forms. Exports exceeding Rs. 50 must be declared on the P.P. form unless exempted by an RBI certificate. Postal authorities must ensure no prohibited items are sent. Suspected parcels are inspected by Customs, and if found compliant, are cleared for export. Parcels with prohibited or misdeclared goods undergo investigation and adjudication.
