Circular No. 17/2023-Customs.</h1> The procedures for e-commerce exports of jewelry through courier have been simplified for exporters who choose not to reimport the jewelry. Specific document upload requirements on the ECCS-system have been waived, and a declaration in the courier shipping bill (CSB-V) at the time of export is deemed sufficient. This change aims to streamline the export process for jewelry under these conditions, as outlined in Circular No. 17/2023-Customs dated June 15, 2023.
