of <h1>CBIC Launches Automated Out of Charge System for AEO T2 and T3 Clients to Streamline Trade Processes</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) is implementing an Automated Out of Charge (Auto-OOC) system for Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) T2 and T3 clients. This initiative aims to streamline trade processes, enhance compliance, and reduce administrative burdens. Eligible clients will be those whose Bill of Entry (BE) is not selected for examination, scanning, or any related No Objection Certificate (NoC), and where assessment and authentication via OTP for duty deferment are complete. The Auto-OOC system allows for risk-based clearance but includes a 'HOLD' option for customs officers if intelligence suggests further scrutiny is necessary.
