of <h1>Jewellery Import Rules Updated: New Customs Manual 2025 Includes Re-Import Guidelines for Precious and Imitation Jewellery</h1> The Courier Import and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2010, have been updated as per Notification No. 57/2022-Customs (N.T.) dated 30.06.2022. These regulations govern the re-import of jewellery made from precious metals, with or without precious stones, classified under CTH 7113, excluding specific categories CTSH 71131190 and CTSH 71131960. Additionally, imitation jewellery classified under CTH 7117 is covered. This update is part of the CBEC's Customs Manual 2025, which outlines procedures for the import and export of jewellery through courier services.
