The process involves registration, verification, and stepwise filing, with updates provided via SMS/email. Customs officials access the system through a specific login, processing applications at multiple levels before issuing a digitally signed certificate. From May 1, 2023, AEO-LO applications must use Version 3.0 of the web application, enabling real-time monitoring and aligning with the Digital India initiative for improved efficiency.
