Project import module streamlines project registration, bond management and provisional bill processing for customs clearance of project imports. Implementation of the Project Import Module in ICES automates Project Registration and generation of a project number, Bond Registration for project imports, filing of provisional Bills of Entry with project and bond details and item-wise debits, and finalization of provisional Bills of Entry with re-crediting of the bond, thereby centralizing recordkeeping and linking bond accounting to each provisional BE.
