A valid Customs Broker licence is required to carry on brokering business relating to entry or departure of conveyances or the import or export of goods at any Customs station; the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations implement the statutory requirement and govern grant of licences and the obligations and responsibilities of licensed brokers.
