          Authorized Economic Operator certification requires prescribed annexures and specified submission channels, with online filing for tier one. Applications for a AEO Certificate must use prescribed annexures from Circular No. 33/2016-Customs as amended, with applicants filling only applicable annexures. Applications are to be sent to the jurisdictional Customs Chief Commissioner or the AEO Programme Manager at the Directorate of International Customs in New Delhi, while AEO T1 applications must be filed online via the specified AEO portal.
