of <h1>Turant Suvidha Kendras streamline customs with Faceless Assessment, per Circular No. 28/2020-Customs, enhancing trade efficiency.</h1> Turant Suvidha Kendras (TSKs) were established as per Circular No. 28/2020-Customs dated June 5, 2020, to implement the first phase of Faceless Assessment in Bengaluru and Chennai. These centers are tasked with accepting bonds or bank guarantees, conducting verifications as referred by Faceless Assessment Groups, defacing and debiting documents, permits, or licenses as needed, and performing other functions as determined by the Commissioner to facilitate trade. The roles and functions of TSKs are further detailed in Instruction No. 09/2020-Customs issued on the same date.
