Applicability of winding-up rules: tribunal-directed provisions apply to voluntary LLP windings; tribunal-only rules do not.

Where an application is made to the Tribunal under the provisions for voluntary winding up of an LLP, the procedural rules of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012 shall, so far as practicable, apply to that application, whether or not an order continues the voluntary winding up under Tribunal supervision. Conversely, rules expressly confined to Tribunal winding-up proceedings or to creditors' voluntary winding up do not apply to voluntary or members' voluntary winding up, even if continued under Tribunal supervision.
