Rule 275: Applicability of Rules in Voluntary Winding Up of LLPs Explained; Excludes Tribunal and Creditors' Processes.
Rule 275 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012, addresses the applicability of rules during the voluntary winding up of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). When an application is made to the Tribunal for voluntary winding up, the proceedings outlined in these rules should be applied as relevant. However, rules specifically applicable to Tribunal-led winding-up proceedings or creditors' voluntary winding up do not apply to voluntary winding up, whether or not it is under Tribunal supervision.
