Right of inspection of LLP winding up records: parties may inspect on application; third party access requires consent or tribunal order.

Rule 79 provides that parties and their authorized representatives may inspect records of proceedings before the Tribunal upon a written application and payment of the prescribed fee. Non parties may inspect records or obtain copies only with the producing parties' consent or by Tribunal order, and copies of final orders are available to non parties on payment of the prescribed fee.
