Notice of petition must be served in the prescribed form with a minimum advance period before the hearing. Notice of a petition in LLP winding-up proceedings must be served using Form No.21 and, unless the Tribunal orders otherwise or another provision applies, must be served at least seven days before the hearing, while preserving the Tribunal's discretion to vary form or timing of service.
