Right to petition copy: partners and creditors entitled to receive petition copies promptly upon payment of prescribed charges. Partners and creditors of a Limited Liability Partnership are entitled to obtain a copy of any petition filed for winding up or dissolution; the petitioner or the petitioner's advocate, pleader, or authorized representative must furnish the copy promptly upon request and on payment of the charges prescribed in the Annexure.
