of <h1>LLP must publish winding-up notice in local newspaper within 14 days of creditor consent per 2012 Rules.</h1> When a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) resolves to wind up voluntarily and obtains creditor consent as required, it must publish a notice of this resolution. This notice should be advertised in a newspaper that circulates in the district of the LLP's registered or principal office. This publication must occur within fourteen days of receiving the creditors' consent, in accordance with the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012.
