Advertisement requirement for LLP winding up: petitioner must publish notices and serve directed persons promptly. Unless the Tribunal orders otherwise, the petitioner must within fourteen days of a winding up order publish an advertisement once in an English newspaper and once in a regional language newspaper circulating in the relevant State or Union territory, serve the order on such person and in such manner as the Member directs, and ensure the advertisement conforms to Form No. 34.
