A summons for directions requires the liquidator, on receipt of a winding up order, to prepare a report seeking directions concerning performance of duties under rule 41 or other matters needing Tribunal guidance; after hearing the liquidator the Tribunal may issue directions, including specifying time-limits for completion of specified matters, subject to existing rules.
