of <h1>Affidavit Required for LLP Winding Up Petitions Under 2012 Rules; Must Use Form No 18 for Verification.</h1> Every petition under the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012 must be verified by an affidavit. This affidavit can be made by the petitioner or one of the petitioners if there are multiple. If the petition is presented by a corporate body, the affidavit must be made by a director, secretary, manager, partner, designated partner, or an authorized officer. The affidavit should be in Form No 18 and filed together with the petition.
