Notice requirement: advance creditor notification for declared distributable sums before payment via advertisement and posting. The Liquidator must give notice of the declaration of the distributable sum not less than one month before the date fixed for payment. Unless the Member directs otherwise, notice shall be by advertisement in newspapers as the Member directs and by sending, by prepaid letter post under certificate of posting, a notice to every person whose name appears in the list of creditors as on that date; the advertisement shall be in Form No.82 and the notice to creditors in Form No.83.
