of <h1>Liquidator Must Notify Creditors of Distributable Sum One Month Prior Using Forms 82 & 83 Per LLP Rules, 2012.</h1> The Liquidator must issue a notice of the declaration of a distributable sum at least one month before the scheduled payment date. Unless instructed otherwise by the Member, this notice should be advertised in newspapers as directed by the Member and sent by prepaid letter post with a certificate of posting to each person listed as a creditor on the relevant date. The advertisement should follow Form No.82, and the notice to creditors should be in Form No.83, as stipulated by the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012.
