of <h1>LLP Liquidator Vacancy: Partners or Creditors to Fill Role per Rule 10 of LLP Winding Up Rules 2012.</h1> If a vacancy arises in the office of an LLP Liquidator due to death, resignation, removal, or other reasons, and the Liquidator was not appointed by or directed by the Tribunal, the partners of the LLP or the creditors are responsible for filling the vacancy. This process must be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in Rule 10 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012.
