The notice will detail the amount of contribution and inform recipients that any application to remove or alter their name on the list must be submitted to the Tribunal within twenty-one days from receiving the notice. The notice, in Form No. 53, should be sent by letter post, registered post, or another specified method to the address listed in the settled document.
