Notice to partners requires service of contribution details and opportunity to apply for removal within a limited period. Upon settlement of the partner list the Liquidator must serve Form No. 53 notifying each person of the amount of contribution and informing them that any application to remove a name or vary the list must be made to the Tribunal within the prescribed short period; service must be by letter post under certificate of posting, registered post, or other mode authorised, at the address shown on the settled list.
