Liquidator remuneration prohibition: accepting or diverting payments from connected persons beyond statutory entitlement is prohibited. An LLP liquidator is prohibited from arranging for, accepting, or receiving any gift, remuneration, pecuniary or other benefit from advocates, auctioneers or any persons connected with the LLP or employed in the winding-up beyond the statutory remuneration to which the liquidator is entitled, and must not give up or arrange to give up any part of that remuneration.
