of <h1>Liquidator Cannot Accept Gifts or Benefits Beyond Entitled Remuneration During LLP Winding-Up Process</h1> An LLP liquidator appointed by the Tribunal is prohibited from making arrangements for or accepting any gifts, remuneration, or benefits from any advocate, auctioneer, or person connected with the LLP beyond the remuneration entitled under the Act and rules. The liquidator is also forbidden from sharing or relinquishing any part of their entitled remuneration to such individuals involved in or connected with the LLP's winding-up process.
