The summons must specify the declaration or order sought and the grounds for the application. It must be served on each person against whom an order is sought at least seven days before the hearing. No affidavit or report is required before the summons return. The summons should follow Form No. 74 or 74A, with necessary variations, as per the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012.
