Interlocutory applications should include their own serial number and that of the main proceeding. All related documents, orders, and processes must display the serial number of their respective proceedings. Additionally, all filed petitions, applications, affidavits, and issued orders or processes, including notices from the Tribunal, must be authorized and sealed by the Tribunal.
