of <h1>Workmen Can File Joint Wage Claims Using Form 45 Under Rule 142 for LLP Winding Up Cases.</h1> In the event of multiple claims for wages or accrued holiday pay by workmen employed by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), a single proof of claim in Form No. 45 can be submitted by one workman on behalf of all. This proof must include a schedule listing the names of the workmen and the amounts owed to each. Such a consolidated proof is considered as effective as if each workman had submitted individual claims, according to Rule 142 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012.
