        Duty of LLP liquidator: deliver all books and records to the successor upon resignation or removal. When an LLP liquidator resigns, is released, or removed, the outgoing liquidator must deliver to the new liquidator all books kept by him and all other books, documents, papers and accounts in his possession relating to the LLP or to the office of the liquidator.
