Public examination orders under LLP rules allow Member or authorised officers to conduct and direct focused examinations.

Orders for public examination permit the Member to require examinations of partners, designated partners, officers and others in fraud-related inquiries, and to direct that whole or part of an examination be held before specified officers; if no date is fixed by the order the Liquidator must obtain an appointment from the Member or designated officer, and the Member may prescribe specific matters for examination in the prescribed form for such orders.
