of <h1>Petition Handling Under LLP Winding Up Rules: Directions for Affidavits, Service of Notice, and Adjournments Explained</h1> At the hearing of a petition under the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012, the presiding Member may either resolve the petition or issue directions for filing counter-affidavits and reply affidavits. The Member may also direct the service of notice to any person not properly served and adjourn the petition to allow compliance with these directions. All adjournments must adhere to the prescribed time schedule, and unless otherwise ordered, notice of adjourned hearings is not required.
