of <h1>New Rules for Winding Up and Dissolution of LLPs Under Sections 65 and 79 Replace 2010 Provisions.</h1> The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012, were established by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, effective upon publication in the Official Gazette. These rules are enacted under the authority of sections 65 and 79 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, replacing the 2010 rules, except for actions already undertaken under the previous rules. They govern the procedures for winding up and dissolving Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) in accordance with the specified legislative framework.
