of <h1>Tribunal Can Appoint or Remove Representatives for Creditors or Partners in LLP Proceedings; Joint Representation Required</h1> The Tribunal has the discretion to appoint one or more creditors or partners to represent all or any class of creditors or partners in proceedings before it, at the expense of the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The Tribunal can also remove any appointed representative. If multiple individuals are appointed to represent the same class, they must employ the same advocate or authorized representative. If they cannot agree on a representative, the Tribunal's Member may nominate one for them.
