<h1>Parties Can Seek Further Directions Under Rule 227 of LLP Rules 2012 After Points of Claim and Defense Filed.</h1> Rule 227 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012, allows either party to apply for further directions regarding interlocutory matters after points of claim and defense have been delivered. This application must be made by restoring the summons before it is set for trial. The party seeking further directions must provide two clear days' written notice to the opposing party, stating the grounds for the application, and must also file a copy of this notice with the Registrar of the Tribunal two days before the hearing date.
