Settlement of list process: liquidator hears objections and finally settles LLP partner list per rules On the date fixed for settlement the liquidator must hear any person objecting to being settled as a partner, to their character as a partner, or to the amount of contribution in the provisional list, and after such hearing shall finally settle the list which then constitutes the list of partners of the LLP.
