Affidavit in opposition: file and serve prior to hearing with the LLP Statement of Affairs and permit creditor access. Rule 109 requires that an affidavit in opposition be filed prior to the hearing and served forthwith on the petitioner or the petitioner's representative; the affidavit must be filed together with the Statement of Affairs of the LLP, and copies must be provided to any supporting creditor or partner upon payment of prescribed charges.
