Rule 109 requires that an affidavit in opposition be filed prior to the hearing and served forthwith on the petitioner or the petitioner's representative; the affidavit must be filed together with the Statement of Affairs of the LLP, and copies must be provided to any supporting creditor or partner upon payment of prescribed charges.
