LLP winding up notice: all invoices and business documents must state the LLP is being wound up.

Every invoice, order for goods or business letter bearing the LLP's name must contain a statement that the LLP is being wound up; this applies whether winding up is by the Tribunal or voluntarily and includes documents issued by or on behalf of the LLP, an LLP liquidator, a receiver, or a designated partner of LLP property.
