Extension of time for submitting statement: liquidator may grant written certificate and file it with proceedings. A person required to submit a statement of affairs must apply to the Liquidator for an extension; the Liquidator may, subject to the governing rule, issue a written certificate in Form No.39 extending the time, and that certificate must be filed with the liquidation proceedings.
