of <h1>Rule 127: Request More Time for Statement of Affairs in LLP Dissolution. Liquidator's Discretion, Form No. 39 Required.</h1> Rule 127 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012, allows a person required to submit a statement of affairs under rule 28 to request an extension of time. The individual must apply to the Liquidator, who has the discretion to grant an extension. If the Liquidator agrees, they will issue a written certificate in Form No. 39, which must be filed with the proceedings.
